Report a problem with a tool

Include which tool you used, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Your browser and device help too, for example “Safari on an iPhone” or “Chrome on Windows”.

• PurlMind: the starting stitch count, the instructions you entered (first row, interval, number of times) and the row where the result looks wrong.
• Backstitch: the chart size, the placement setting and, if you can share it, the SVG drawing that gave an unexpected result.
• PairSort: a few example filenames, such as Photo3.jpg and Photo3_b.jpg. You don’t need to send the photos themselves.

Suggest a new tool

You can suggest new tools by email. Useful details to include:

• What you are trying to get done, and how often.
• What you use now, and the exact point where it gets awkward.
• A small example: the input you have and the result you want.
